Terms and Conditions – Threebuds Cleaning\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n


By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.<\/p>\n


1.\u2060 \u2060Bookings & Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Confirm via phone, email, SMS, or our online form
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Full payment required before service via cash, card, or bank transfer
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Quotes are based on initial condition; extra charges may apply if more time is needed<\/p>\n


2.\u2060 \u2060Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
\u2022\u2060 \u2060$50 fee for cancellations within 24 hours
\u2022\u2060 \u2060$70 call-out fee if we can’t access the property<\/p>\n


3.\u2060 \u2060Bond Back Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Property must be vacated and pre-vacuumed
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Power and water must be connected
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Exit report must be provided for re-clean
\u2022\u2060 \u2060One free return visit within 48 hours if required<\/p>\n

4.\u2060 \u2060Property Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.\u2060 \u2060Limitations of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060We do not clean:<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022\u2060 \u2060Fabric blinds or curtains
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022\u2060 \u2060Outdoor areas (unless included)
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022\u2060 \u2060Surfaces requiring disassembly
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022\u2060 \u2060Hazardous material<\/p>\n


7.\u2060 \u2060Liability & Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Cleaners are insured
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left behind
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Report any damages within 24 hours<\/p>\n


8.\u2060 \u2060Complaints & Re-cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Must be reported within 7 days
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Re-clean only offered if supported by exit report
\u2022\u2060 \u20607-day guarantee applies only if our team was at fault<\/p>\n
